Reply:I went through the same thing when I was pregnant. I wanted something in my child's name that captured her Irish heritage. The names I came up with were:Brenna and Tara for a girl, and Aidan, Braden, and Colin for a boy.
I had a girl and we named her Tara. Reason being, is where my grandmother is from in Ireland there is the Hill of Tara. That is where St. Patrick converted the Celtics to Christianity. I tell her the story as often as I can.
Good luck and congratulations.
