wow this is crazy, my last name is Higgins, and I'm german and irish.


I'm almost positive it's irish, it was my grandfathers last name, and he was 100% irish. Also, when I went to Ireland I found that the last name Higgins is very popular there. Hope that helps. As for Zentz it is German, it comes from Vinzentz, meaning vincent in german =]
