Reply:i don't know
Reply:Mr Potato Heads.
Reply:Let's see.Black Irish, I've been told is a negative name.Bog trotter,Orangeman is one for the Northern(Protestant) Irish,Mic,Patty..that's all I've got for now.Oh, btw, I'm half Irish.I wouldn't recommend that you say any of the above names in an Irish pub.
Reply:The word "mick" s a derogatory term for an Irish person. "Shanty Irish" used to be an insult. A shanty is like a hut or a cheap house, so it refers to poor Irish people.
Reply:Sorry. I wouldn't tell you even if I did know some. I don't want to be responsible to passing that kind of trash around.
Reply:depends, why do you want to know? You planning on calling anyone by a racist name? If so then please don't ask, this isn't a hate forum.
